Your donations can be used to help support our programs at Ft. Dix for the
Soldiers, our Scholarship program or to help Veterans in general. Just let us know, we guarantee 100% will go exactly

All donated items of clothing, etc. are picked up by the VVA National Headquarters
and used for the National Scholarships. Local Chapters do not pick up, however we accept monetary donations for our
local projects and scholarships.
Chapter 899 accepts donations for it's many programs located at Ft. Dix New
Jersey which are totally and strictly only used to help the families of deployed, wounded and injured soldiers. Other
donations may be made for specific scholarships of the Chapter or other veteran's help programs.
Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 899
is now listed on EBAY as a non profit organization and
portions of items sold on EBAY can be made as donations to our chapter to help veterans. Just go to the non profit list when
selling your item and a percentage determined by you will go to us automatically.
Projects
include two yearly scholarships, Hearts Apart sponsorships for McGuire AFB and Ft. Dix, NJ, Friends of Family Support. Phone
cards for troops, Post Exchange Gift certificates for food, weekly visits to wounded and sick soldiers at Ft. Dix and other
worth while new and ongoing efforts to support our veterans and deployed military personnel.

Our National Headquarters, will PICK UP discarded items to be resold to provide funds for many programs, e.g, homeless
veterans, agent orange related health issues, scholarships, etc. Our National Headquaters coordinates all pick ups. Your donated
items are tax deductable and we pick up rain or shine.
